So, today someone from some website decided to write what can only be labelled as a “nasty” article about Florence + The Machine. I, and others are fully aware that not everyone will like her. That’s the beauty of free will and all that shit. However, this excuse for an article is just cruel and rather vicious. If you’re going to have a go at a MUSICIAN why don’t you slag off their MUSIC rather than the person? It just makes you look like a twat, quite frankly, when all you can do is write about the person not the music.

What pisses me off is, not because it’s about Florence, is when people slag others off just to look “cool.” You don’t. You come across as a prentious twat. If I had to write about a musician I didn’t like, I’d do it in a non-harsh way and I would NOT lay into them personally.

Anyway, why take notice of some jumped up “music journalist” when you can watch something truly powerful and beautiful!
