Woah….Ellie Goulding!
Aside from watching the new Yeah Yeah Yeahs video, I just found these BEAUTIFUL acoustic versions of Starry Eyed and Under The Sheets. If you think Ellie is overhyped, then you are wrong. There’s no hype here. Hype surrounds those who don’t deserve it. This is called recognising real, pure talent.
I can’t wait to see her in March!

On The Guardian’s site, there’s a nice interview of Ellie Goulding. It’s pretty much fair to say that she deserves being Sound Of 2010 and The Brits Critic Choice. Disagree? Listen to Wish I Stayed..or just read the lyrics, they are just brilliant. Oh, and Fighter Plane.

The Drums.
I can see why people are falling in love with them. I love I Felt Stupid. Pretty sure we can think of someone when we hear this song. The video’s in black and white, which is alwys cool. The guitar sounds The Cure-esque. It’s juts a bloody good song by a bloody good band!
Florence + The Machine On French Telly!!!!
THIS is probably my favourite telly performance of Rabbit Heart (Raise It Up) so far. Obviously when you’re amongst a sea of people it’s better, but this is just superb. I’ve said it before, and I shall say it again- Isabella’s keyboard solo is EUPHORIC. It is just amazing. Every time I hear it..it’s like my whole body just has some odd spasm and I’m in a different place..like I don’t feel connected to my body. I’m aware that it may sound strange, but hopefully you’ll understand a tiny bit when you’ve watched it.
